Our store policy does not allow refunds or returns once a purchase is made. All sales are final.

Refunds
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including for sale items, damaged packaging, or a change of mind.
In exceptional cases, if an item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us at support@aqualuxe.pk within 7 days of receiving your order for review. Any resolution (such as a replacement) will be determined at our sole discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Only in the rare case of a confirmed defective or damaged product caused by our error, a replacement may be arranged. To request this, email us at support@aqualuxe.pk with your order details and supporting photos.
Gifts
All gift purchases are final and non-refundable. No exchanges or credits will be issued for gifted items.
Shipping
As we do not accept returns, customers are not required to ship back any products. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before confirming your purchase.
